Client was charged with a DUI from 7 years ago. He had moved to a different state and didn’t realize he had a pending case. After we had received the police reports, it was obvious the State would have evidentiary issues considering how much time had passed. We were able to persuade the State that the case was no longer provable, and we got a full dismissal.
