Dismissal of Traffic Charge

Client BL went into diversion on an underlying DUI charge. The District Attorney’s office filed an additional traffic crime of Reckless Driving. After conferring with an accident reconstruction expert and providing a report to the DA’s office, we were able to get the Reckless Driving charge dismissed. Client was successful on diversion and kept her criminal history record clean!
