Defense Proved Allegations were False

Client GH was charged with multiple counts of felony domestic violence. After hiring a private investigator, we were able to show that the alleged victim made statements on her social media accounts that contradicted what she told police. After providing the results of the investigation to the District Attorney’s Office, we were able to get all charges dismissed! Client was looking at a potential of 15 years prison if we did not get the charges dropped.
