Public Indecency – Acquittal at Trial

State filed Public Indecency charge based upon single eyewitness account that was not credible. After exposing inconsistencies in her testimony to the jury, client PP was acquitted of the charge! Saved PP from having to register as a sex offender and he was able to maintain a clean criminal record!
