Domestic Violence Assault – Dismissal with Prejudice

Client AJ was charged with assault despite not being the aggressor. When DA refused to dismiss the case in light of evidence that the alleged victim was not credible, the defense set the case for trial. The defense was ultimately awarded a dismissal with prejudice from the judge!
