Dismissal of DUI Charge – Sleep-Deprived Client

Client CJ was driving poorly down the road due to being sleep-deprived. Officer mistakenly charged her with a DUI after hearing that she was on some new medications for seizures. After providing the District Attorney’s office with an expert statement and lab results, the DUI and all related charges got dismissed.
